 The conference is open to all educators, school leaders, instructional coaches, and education professionals. Families and travel companions are also welcome. 


 No. “Educator” is broadly defined — anyone who shares knowledge, facilitates learning, or supports education (including coaches, consultants, nonprofit leaders, and administrators) is welcome. 


Your registration covers access to professional development workshops, conference materials, networking events, group activities, and sponsored giveaways. Cruise fare, meals, and entertainment are included through Carnival Cruise Line. 


 Certificates of participation will be provided, which you may submit to your district or professional board for credit (acceptance varies by state/district).
